ULTRA-LOW PARTICULATION
Providing particularly high particle and bacterial filtration efficiency, the construction of the BioClean MEA Cleanroom Earloop Facemask ensures protection combined with comfort and exceptional breathability. Latex-free and low-linting, the outer facing of the mask is made from hydrophobic polypropylene, the inner facing of the mask is hydrophilic polypropylene, between which is a high efficiency meltblown polypropylene filter layer. The three layers are ultrasonically sealed giving high-strength seams. The mask’s fully enclosed nose-band is made from coated malleable aluminium and the earloops from polyurethane. With a shelf-life of five years, the 210mm “one-size-fits-all” white mask is manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications. In bulk, 100 masks are sealed in an inner bag which is then sealed in an outer bag. A carton contains 20 outer bags, making 2000 pieces in total. Alternatively, as a non-stock item, one mask is individually sealed in a pouch and 50 pouches then sealed in an outer bag. A carton (minimum order 50 cartons) contains 12 outer bags, making 600 pieces in total.
